BrailleSense U2 - Problem saving documents in Word Processor app

Problem

When using the Word processor you are unable to save your document in any other format than HPF password protected format.

  1. BrailleSense U2 series

Resolution

  1. Press F1 to open the start menu and choose “File Manager”.
  2. Then open flashdisk/database folder.
  3. In this folder locate a file called “fileext.ini” and delete this file.
  4. Then reset the unit.
  5. Now try saving again.
