Problem

One or more items are missing from the home screen apps list.

Resolution

1. At the Home Screen press MENU key (to the left of the four way cursor pad).
2. Then select “Settings”, then press OK.
3. Select “Apps”, then press OK.
4. Press MENU key on this screen.
5. Then select “Show system", then press OK.
6. In the “Show system” list select “Home Screen”, then press OK.
7. Then select “Storage”, then press OK.
8. Now Select “Clear data”, then press OK.
