ZoomText - Screen flicker on external monitor with Lenovo P1 G2 laptop

Problem

When running ZoomText 2021 on a Lenovo P1 F2 laptop connected to a 4k Monitor the screen is observed to flicker.

Hardware Lenovo P1 G2 laptop + 4K external display.


Detail

Customer attaching 4k external screen to laptop, when ZoomText was running it caused the external display to flicker even after update to latest Intel and nVidia drivers.


Resolution

When the display runs at native resolution the flicker can be observed to resolve this please adjust the resolution of the monitor in Windows down to 1920 x 1080.
