SensePlayer – Media Player position in file lost after power cycle
Problem
When playing a file in the SensePlayer Media Player app
the position within the media file is lost if the unit is fully shut down and then
restarted. Coming back into Media player
the position is reset to the beginning of the media file.
Resolution
- This problem is known to affect SensePlayer with
firmware installed up to version 2.0. Firmware 2.1 should fix the issue, therefore advice would be to update to latest firmware.
- HIMS have provided information 14/09/2023 to suggest that the
issues has been addressed in a future beta update but we do not have a timescale for its release, pleae check with Technical Support.
