SensePlayer - Installing Audible app

Problem

A customer with an existing Audible subscrition wishes to use Audible book service but there does not appear to be a way to access it.

Resolution

In order to be able to use the Audble app on the SensePlayer the following requirements must be met in order to proceed.

1. A Wi-Fi connection
   
2. An active Audible subscription
   
3. SensePlayer firmware version 2.0
   

Step 1 - Installing the Audible app

1.       Press HOME key and use the arrow keys to select All Apps and press OK.

2.       Then use up/down arrow keys to select App Installer.

3.       Use the up/down arrow keys to select the Audible app and press OK button.  A series of beeps will sound during download/install after which the SensePlayer will indicate when download is complete. The app is availablel to run.

Step 2 - Running the Audible app

1. Press HOME key and use up/down arrows to locate All Apps menu and press OK.
   
2. Then use up/down arrow keys to locate Audible in the list and press OK to open Audble.
   
3. On opening the app will then place you in at the sign in screen; use the left/right arrow keys to navigate the page and interact with the controls to sign in.
   

Note:

When signing into the Audible app users should be aware that the app supports multiple regional markets, care should be taken to make sure the correct regional market is selected before signing in to avoid problems.
