SensePlayer – Compatibility with with a USB thumb drive
Problem
A customer wishes to use their SensePlayer with a USB
drive.
Resolution
- The SensePlayer has a USB C connection on the
bottom, if the USB drive has USB C connector it will work, if it uses USB A then a convertor adaptor would be required,
- The SensePlayer will read USB thumb drives formatted in FAT32 and EXFAT but
will not read any drives formatted as NTFS.
- HIMS inform us that external SSDs and HDDs that require power may not work.
