SensePlayer – Formatting flashdisk or SD card


Problem

A customer wishes to format the flashdisk to erase all data on it.

 

Resolution

  1. The format option is accessed inside the Utilities menu, formatting will erase information previously stored on the disk.
  2. The format option will erase data on any SD card that is installed in the SensePlayer.

 

  1. Press HOME key to open the home menu.
  2. Then press UP/DOWN keys to reach Utilities and press OK.
  3. Then use UP/DOWN keys to reach Format and press OK.
  4. Then use LEFT/RIGHT arrows to select the drive to format and press OK to proceed.  Be sure careful to select the correct drive as format operation cannot be undone.
