Senseplayer - Initialise settings (Reset)
Problem
A customer wishes to initialize SensePlayer to default settings.
Resolution
Use one of the methods below to initialize settings.
- Press HOME key to navigate to home screen.
- Use UP/DOWN arrow keys to locate Settings and press OK.
- Then press UP/DOWN to navigate too Initialize Settings and press OK.
- Then use LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys to select YES to conduction reset and press OK.
- The player will then begin the reset process and reboot back to the new user wizard.
Method 2 - Start up hotkey sequence
- Turn off SensePlayer if powered on.
- Then hold 9 on keypad whilst powering up the SensePlayer.
