Problem
A SensePlayer user encounters a problem where after selecting a Web Radio station they hear no audio.

Resolution
Use either method below as appropriate to resolve the problem. The second method described below requires that you have access to a desktop or laptop computer to attach the SensePlayer to.
Method 1 – delete WebRadioChannel.ini
Deleting the WebRadioChannel.ini file allows web radio catalogue to be rebuilt which should work around the problem. Method 2 may be used to remove entires that specifically cause the problem but requires either a connected Windows PC or BrailleSense to edit the file.
- From home screen press OK on File Manager or press numeric key 1 shortcut on SensePlayer.
- Use up/down keys to navigate to Flashdisk and press right arrow to open this drive.
- User up/down arrow keys to navigate to the Web Radio folder and open that.
- Use arrow keys up/down arrow key to focus on WebradioChannel.ini file.
- Then press Delete key (bottom right of cursor pad) on the SensePlayer to delete the currently highlighted file.
Method 2 – Edit the WebRadioChannel.ini file in a text editor
- Connect to the SensePlayer to a PC or BrailleSense if available.
- Then using explorer gain access to the SensePlayer file system.
- Locate the We Radio folder and open it.
- Then locate the file WebRadioChannel.ini file and open this.
- If the details for the web radio station are known delete the information for its feed and re-save the file.
