Mindview - Set up a MatchWare account for Mindview DSA products
Problem
You need to set up a Matchware online account as companion to Mindview product.

Resolution
As part of installation of Mindview AT suite Mindview products an online account must be registered. Completing the registration process associates the product key with a user and provides access to the correct Mindview software download. Furthermore once set up the customer need not have to use the product key, instead they sign into their account through the Mindview software rather than using a product key.

Account set up
- Visit this link: https://accounts.matchware.com/dsa
- Then enter the Mindview product key.
- When logging in for the first time enter prompted your name. email and password for the account.
- During account creation an email verification link will be sent to customer email address. Click on that link to verify the account.

Note
If the email does not appear to come through, advise the customer to check their junk and spam folder in their email account.
Once the account has been registered the product key should no longer be needed and the customer then uses their login credentials when prompted by the installed Mindview software.
