SmartVision 2 - Ringtone does not sound when receiving incoming call

Problem

When receiving an incoming call, no ringtone sound is heard but speech is active on the phone.

Resolution

  1. From the home screen choose Applications > Settings > Sounds and notification.
  2. Then navigate to General and press ENTER to select this profile.
  3. Press down arrow and you should near that the option is now ticked to indicate that General profile has been selected.
  4. Then down arrow to the Device Settings option just below and press ENTER.
  5. Then down arrow to Ring Volume.
  6. Then press down arrow to “seek control” slider for volume.
  7. Now press the volume up button to 100 percent.
