SmartVision 3 – NFC tag voice memos do not work

Problem

A SmartVision 3 user is unable to play back the correct voice memo for an NFC tag recorded earlier.

Resolution

  1. This problem is known to be current in version 11478 (October 2024 update).  The developers are working on a fix to be issued in a future software update for the SmartVision 3.
  2. Customers are advised to create a text memo instead.
