SmartVision 3 – Restore home screen items to defaults

Problem

A users home screen apps list on SmartVision 3 mobile phone may have disappeared, or they wish to reset to defaults.

Resolution

  1. Press Menu from the home screen.
  2. Select “Settings” and press OK.
  3. Select “Apps and notifications” and press OK.
  4. Then press OK on "Display the X applications" where X is just the number in the list.
  5. Select “Home Screen” and press OK.
  6. Select “Storage and cache” and press OK.
  7. Select “Remove storage” and press OK.
