A SmartVision 3 has set a screen lock PIN and wishes to disable this security feature.

Resolution
To disable the PIN request you must already know the PIN number to disable this feature.
Menu Path = Settings > Security > Screen Lock Pin, enter PIN code and select None, OK
Detailed steps
- From home screen press MENU key then go down to Settings and press OK.
- Then press DOWN ARROW to reach Security then press OK.
- Press DOWN ARROW to Screen Lock PIN then press OK.
- Then input the phone PIN and press OK.
- On the next screen press down arrow to None, then press OK.
- A pop up notification will appear to confirm PIN removal. press down arrow to Yes then press OK.
