Problem

A S martVision user recieves a notification about updates to “Speech Recognition and synthesis” or  “QuickSupport” via Play store but are unable to update either app.

Resolution

Smartvision users are advised that Kapsys are responsible for updating certain apps via System Update mechanism rather than Google Play store.  If a SmartVsion user recieves a notification about the apps mentioned below they should not attempt to try to update them via the Play store. The following apps will only be update by Kapsys via System Update.

1. Speech recognition and synthesis
2. QuickSupport
