A SmartVision 2/3 customer wishes to momentarily disable the Talkback speech on their phone.
The speech can be convenient toggled on of off to facilitate operation using standard touch gestures by a sighted colleague to fix a problem or when one desires the phone speech to be turned off for a while.
With speech on press and hold Volume Up and Volume Down buttons for at least 3 seconds. You will then be prompted to confirm the action by activating the OK button in the pop-up notice.
With the speech off press and hold Volume up and Volume down buttons for at least 3 seconds. Speech should start immediately if correctly triggered.
