Sunuband - Reset procedure

Problem

If Sunu band is not operating as expected you can reset the device.

Please attempt one of the resolutions below to fix the problem.

Method 1 - Using sunuband controls only

Press both of the two buttons at the same time to engage a reset


Method 2 - Using the companion smartphone app

  1. Put the Sunu Band onto charge and wait until it is charged to 100 percent.
  2. Then shortly after open the Sunu band app on you phone.
  3. Then go to the "More" tab and select it.
  4. Then select the option that reads "App Version", tap and hold on this option until you hear an alert message that pops up.
  5. Then bring the Sunu Band close to your phone and start the process of reset to fix the issue.
