Taptilo does not run from internal battery
Problem:
After charge Taptilo fails to run from battery power.
Resolution:
Step 1: Checking charging status
Plug the device onto charge, then observe the four status LEDs on the unit. One of two conditions may be shown:
- All four LEDs flashing – means the unit is charging as normal internal battery should charge and operate the unit.
- Only one or two LEDs flashing – means the internal battery.
Step 2: Battery may need replacing
The unit internal battery may require replacement. This is indicated by only two LEDs flashing whilst on charge. The internal battery is not user serviceable and the unit will require back to base repair.
