TextHelp - Read & Write is freezing or unresponsive


Problem

A customer using Read & Write experiences problems with software freezing or becoming unresponsive.

 

Resolution

  1. If Read & Write is currently running please close Read&Write.
  2. Right click Start button then choose Run in the menu or press Windows+R hotkey.
  3. Then enter the text below and click OK button:

  4. Then in the Windows Explorer click to highlight the folder Texthelp, right click and choose Delete in the context menu.
  5. Then open Read&Write, sign in if prompted with same email/password, then continue to use as normal.
