Problem

A TextHelp Read & Write user experiences a problems with software freezing or becoming unresponsive.

1. Read & Write (Windows)
   

Resolution

1. If Read & Write is currently running please close Read&Write.
   
2. Right click Start button then choose Run in the menu or press Windows+R hotkey.
   
3. Then enter the text below and click OK button:
   
   %AppData%
   
   
4. Then in the Windows Explorer click to highlight the folder Texthelp, right click and choose Delete in the context menu.
   
5. Then open Read&Write, sign in if prompted with same email/password, then continue to use as normal.
