Unable to access full Outlook contacts list
Problem
When trying to access Outlook contacts you have problems with navigation to find all of them in the list.
Resolution
The problem may be due to the Outlook view setting, please follow the steps below:
- With Outlook open press control+3 to get to your Outlook contacts list.
- Then press ALT then letter V to open the view ribbon and press sight arrow to "Change View" and press ENTER.
- Then use arrow keys to select "Phone" then press ENTER.
- Then you should now be able to use up/down arrows to navigate your entire contacts list.
- If you want to examine information inside the contact press ENTER and use tab key to review the information in the contact card.
- If you wish to send an email or take any other action using a contact press shift+F10 on a selected contact and navigate through the context menu and select the action you want such as Create > Email.
- When finished press CONTROL+1 to navigate back to email.
