Unable to pair Envision glasses over Bluetooth

Problem:

You are unable to connect and pair Envision glassses with your mobile device.

Resolution:

  1. Open the menus and go to “Help” and within that menu you'll find the option 'Reset Device' as the very last one.
  2. Then double tap to confirm the resetting of the Glasses.
    Once you're done resetting the Glasses it'll take you back to the screen that says 'Go to EnvisionGlasses.com'. Your device is now ready to pair again.

Unpairing the Glasses from App

  1. Open Envision AI app.
  2. Go to the “Glasses” tab and select “Device Settings”. From within this menu select “Unpair Envision Glasses”.
