Problem

Aftering accepting the Kapsys 8475 update for Smartvision 2 phone you may be unable to read within Facebook Messenger and Youtube apps.

Resolution

A corrective patch is available to fix reading issues described above, you must have the Kapsys Update 8475 update installed.

1. Select "Applications" from the home screen and press ENTER.
   
2. Select "Update applications" from the list of applications and ENTER.
   
3. Select "KAPSYS accessibility" in the list of updates and ENTER
   
4. Select "Update" and ENTER.
