SmartVision 2 - Unable to read Messenger and Youtube apps after update
Problem
Aftering accepting the Kapsys 8475 update for Smartvision 2 phone you may be unable to read within Facebook Messenger and Youtube apps.

Resolution
A corrective patch is available to fix reading issues described above, you must have the Kapsys Update 8475 update installed.
- Select "Applications" from the home screen and press ENTER.
- Select "Update applications" from the list of applications and ENTER.
- Select "KAPSYS accessibility" in the list of updates and ENTER
- Select "Update" and ENTER.
Note:
Once installed, the "KAPSYS Accessibility" update will no longer appear in the list.
