Uninstall third-party app from Smartvision 2 phone

Problem

A third-party app on the phone has been installed which needs to be uninstalled.

Resolution

  1. From the home screen navigate to “Applications” and press ENTER.
  2. Then scroll down the list of apps until you reach the one you wish to uninstall.
  3. Press and hold ENTER, you should hear “Alert dialogue spoken”. Press arrow key to select Uninstall and press ENTER.
  4. When the confirmation comes up use cursor keys to select OK button and press ENTER to complete uninstallation.
