USB port for charging the BrailleSense 6 notetaker

Problem:

You are trying to charge the BrailleSense 6 notetaker but it does not seem to be charging when plugged in and still reports being on battery.

Resolution:

Although the BrailleSense 6 has a number of USB ports not all of these are desiggned to take a charge for the unit. Please follow the directions below to plug into the correct port for charging.

  1. Locate the right side panel of the BrailleSense 6.
  2. Then you should find three ports on the right panel. These consist of three ports.
  3. The largest port is USB A type with 2 USB C ports either side.
  4. Choose the USB C port closest to the read panel and plug in your power here.
