WeWalk – Smart cane audio transmission error
Problem
When attempting to route audio from the SmartVision 3
mobile to the WeWalk smart cane an error is spoken; “Your device does not support sound
transmission...”

Resolution
- The problem has been verified in-house, the problem is due the requirements of WeWalk for a higher Bluetooth protocol than the SmartVsion supports. The SmartVision supports Bluetooth 4.3.
- There no customer action posssible due this being the properties of the SmartVision chipset capabilities, no software upgrade is possible.
