SmartVision - When accessing the Google Play store no speech is heard when navigating
Problem
When opening the Google Play Store app from the Applications menu on the Smartvision 2 mobile no speech is heard when using the direction keys to navigate the app.

Resolution
- This problem is a known issue with SmartVision 2 phone. The Play Store has recently been re-designed (October 2022) and has more accessibility events for the screen reader to process. This is causing the delay in speech.
- To work around the problem open the Play store app but do not attempt to navigate for a minute or two, then attempt to navigate after that time has elapsed speech should then work as normal.

The SmartVision 2 has now been replaced with the updated SmartVision 3 which is similar and has more up to date hardware and should cope better.
