When embossing with Duxbury to Index V5 embosser the error "esc sequence error received higher than maximum value" is encountered

Problem

Wen using Duxbury Braille Translator with an Index embosser the message "esc sequence error received higher than maximum value" is produced with no embossed output resulting.

Resolution

This error usually indicates that the values for paper size in Duxbury are greater than those in the currently used Index embosser layout. To fix the problem please check the following areas:
• Check if the layout being used on the embosser is the one that has been successfully used before.
• Check that the paper size in that layout is correct for the paper currently loaded in the embosser.
• Check in Duxbury > Global > Embosser setup that the paper size specified matches or is not greater than that in the embosser layout being used.
