SmartVision 2 - When sending a text message using dictation message content is repeated

Problem

When sending a dictated text message to a\ contact the message text is repeated twice in the single text that is recieved.

  1. Kapsys SmartVision 2

Resolution

This is a known issue with the last Google update (as of 4/5/2020).

  1. Select "Applications" from the home screen and press OK
  2. Select "Applications update" from the list of applications and press OK.
  3. Select "ASR Button" in the list of updates and press OK.
  4. Select "Update" and confirm by pressing OK again.

Once installed, the update "ASR Button" will no longer appear in the list and the problem of double dictation should disappear.
