Problem:
Unable to connect to internet, no wireless networks visible.
Resolution:
Please check the following:
- Please check in Windows Device Manager that the Wi-Fi adaptor is running without problems.
- You may also wish to try running any of the Windows networking troubleshooters to see if they help.
- Click Start button or press the Windows key and search for "Command" then right clilck and choose "run as Administratorf on the result.
- Click "Yes" or "Continue" button when you are asked to authenticate by Windows.
- At the command prompt, type the following commands and press ENTER after each line. You may receive info from each command:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
- After completing the above commands close the window and reset your computer.
