Openbook - Your Openbook settings changes do not stay after restarting
Problem
After making customizations to speech or other settings in Openbook you lose your changes after restarting.
Resolution
Openbook requires you to save your settings file otherwise settings will be lost. Please proceed as below to save your settings.
- Press Alt+G to open Settings menu and press letter S for “Save the settings” menu item.
- If you wish to make a change only to the default settings press tab onward to reach the “Save” button and press SPACEBAR on it. You can also use Alt+S to activate the button directly.
- Tab to the “Yes” button to confirm you wish to overwrite and press SPACEBAR on it as well or press Alt+Y to activate the button directly. Your settings are then saved.
