ZoomText – Black square follows mouse pointer with ZoomText running
Problem
The customer sees a black square following the mouse pointer when ZoomText is running.

Resolution
This may be the result of corrupted settings and therefore resolved by resetting ZoomText preferences using the steps below:
- Click ZoomText menu > Configurations > Restore default.
- Then click Yes on the confirmation message that is displayed.
- Then make your personal configuration settings.
- When done click ZoomText menu > configurations > Save as default.
