ZoomText – Black square follows mouse pointer with ZoomText running

Problem

The customer sees a black square following the mouse pointer when ZoomText is running.

• ZoomText/• Fusion

Resolution

This may be the result of corrupted settings and therefore resolved by resetting ZoomText preferences using the steps below:

  1. Click ZoomText menu > Configurations > Restore default.
  2. Then click Yes on the confirmation message that is displayed.
  3. Then make your personal configuration settings.
  4. When done click ZoomText menu > configurations > Save as default.
