Instant echo

This will read text where possible under the mouse pointer instantly.  The advantage of this setting is that echo will immediate providing rapid feedback, but for some may be too chatty.

Hover Echo

Hover echo will only provide speech for text if the mouse is left on that text item for a short period which is adjustable.  For those who find instant echo too chatty this is a good option as speech will only start after a defined delay time.
