Zoomtext - Change default Mouse Echo settings
Problem
A ZoomText customer wishes to change their Mouse Echo settings as a default setting.
Explanation
Mouse Echo allows the end user to point with the mouse and have the item underneath read, this may happen instantly or after a short delay depending on setting.
Resolution
- Click the ZoomText taskbar button or press CONTROL+CAPS+U to open the Zoomtext window.
- Click Reader toolbar tab to select Reader level tools.
- Click the down arrow on the Mouse Echo button.
- In the menu click either Hover or Instant menu items as desired echo behaviour.
- Then click Zoomtext menu > Configuration > Save as default.
- Then click Yes button when asked to overwrite default settings then default Mouse Echo settings set.
