ZoomText - Font smoothing enhancements disappear during scrolling

Problem

When scrolling text in a window such as a long email the ZoomText font smoothing momentarily disappears during text scrolling activity and is only restored shortly after text has topped scrolling which is noticeable to the end user.

Resolution

  1. The developers have advised us that work is ongoing in a number of areas to improve ZoomText font smoothing.  To date work has been carried out to restore xFont smoothing to Microsoft Office products with work to restore in the major browsers and other apps as the 2024 cycle progresses.. 
  2. Customers who have a license for version 2024 are advised to keep their software up to date to benefit from any forthcoming improvements as they are released.
