Zoomtext - Magnification hotkeys do not work unless ZoomText window is in focus

Problem

Zoomtext magnification hotkeys capslock+up/down arrow do not work unless the Zoomtext program window is in focus.

Resolution

This problem may be caused by anti-virus software. It has been observed to occurr with Kaspersky AV software. To fix the issue please add the following exclusions to the Threats and Exclusions in the Kaspersky interface.
