ZoomText – Make enhancements show on all connected displays

Problem

ZoomText screen enhancements do not appear or only patrially appear when using multiple monitors.

Resolution

  1. Open the ZoomText main window by clicking the taskbar button or pressing CONTROL+CAPSLOCK+U.
  2. On the Magnifier toolbar tab, click the arrow next to Window or navigate to Window and press the down arrow key.
  3. In the Window menu, choose Settings.
  4. The Zoom Window Settings dialog box appears.
  5. Choose the Window tab.
  6. Choose Multiple Monitor Options, then the Multiple Monitor Options dialog box appears.



  7. Please change the drop down setting for “Show screen enhancements on” is set to “All displays”.
  8. Click OK button in the dialogue.
  9. Then click ZoomText menu > Configurations > Save as default, then click Yes on the overwrite prompt.
