Resolution

Use the steps below to restore ZoomText defaults to fix the problem:

1. Open Zoomtext menu > Configurations > Restore default.
2. Then click Yes on the confirmation message that is displayed.
3. Then make any personal settings changes to ZoomText.
4. When done click Zoomtext menu > configurations > Save as default and click Yes button on the confirmation prompt.
