Problem

A customer requires ZoomText invert features to work in Chrome browser.


Detail

ZoomText has an extension called Smart Invert to help Zoomtext users on the web use colour enhancements more intelligently whilst using the web.


Resolution

ZoomText has a browser extension that may be intalled into supported browsers to provide a more seamless colour enhancement experience within the browser.  Supported browsers:
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge


Installation Steps

• When running Google Chrome a user may be prompted to install the extension if Zoomtext is currently running otherwise they may use the procedure below to install it manually.
• Since Microsoft Edge is a close derivative of Chrome browser the extension is also compatible with this browser as well.

  1. Open Google Chrome or Edge as normal.
  2. Then go the address bar to visit this page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zoomtext-smart-invert/gblgfbgdhlkjnkfdbpmdhdkhhbbhfkca
  3. When the page loads click the blue Get button and follow the prompts to install the add-in into the browser.
