ZoomText - Unable to read Excel column titles


Problem

A ZoomText user working with magnification in Excel is unable to hear which column they are without scrolling up to look.

 

Resolution

  1. This feature is not available in the low vision speech that ZoomText supplies.
  2. Customer who see this feature are advised to upgrade to Fusion which includes screen reader level speech output to allow column or row title reading in Excel.
