Adobe – Customize document colours
Problem
A user wishes to change the default document colours in Adobe Reader to suit their needs.

Resolution
By default Adobe does not follow changes to Windows colour settings like Hi-Contrast, instead changes are required within Adobe Reader to adapt the display to a users requirements.
1. Open Adobe Reader.
2. Then click Edit > Preferences or press CONTROL+K.
3. In the settings dialogue choose Accessibility in the left hand category list.
4. On right hand pane click to check the Replace Document Colours checkbox.
5. Then click Page Background and Document Text controls and make the colour selections required in the palette window..
6. Then click OK to save settings when done, if you cannot see OK button press ENTER to save settings.
