Angel Eye - Desktop reader reset
Problem
An Angel Eye user encounters a problem with their unit and wish to carry out a factory reset to attempt to resolve the problem.

Resolution
Please use these steps to reset Angel Eye desktop reader to factory defaults.
- Press the Menu key to enter the main menu.
- Press the Left or Right key switch to About, and press the Camera
- key to enter the About menu.
- Press the Left or Right key switch to Factory Reset.
- Press the Camera key. A message pops up, prompting you to
- confirm whether to restore factory settings. You can press the
- Back key to cancel the restoration of factory settings. You can also
- press the Camera key to confirm the restor factory reset.
