Apple - Reporting VoiceOver accessibility issues
Problem
A user of an Apple IOS device and one of our Braille products encounters an issue which may be a bug in VoiceOver screen reader.

Resolution
When using one of our Braille products eg. Focus Braille or HIMS BrailleSense products as display or in terminal mode. The screen reader and the underlying operating system being connected with are the most significant factors in any fault being encountered. For example when conntected to JAWS/Fusion that screen reader and the underlying Windows operating system are the most significant factors in any accessibility issue. Similarly when connected to VoiceOcer on IOS that screen reader and the underlying IOS softwae are the most significant factors. In both cases the Braille device in practice is only relaying messages to and from the screen reader in case of problems.

Please try to include in your report the following:
- A brief description of the problem
- Frequency of problem.
- Seps, if any to reproduce the problem.
- A description of the expected outcome and what actually happens.
- Your device and software versions.
- Any screen recordings or attachments etc. if possible
