Apple - Braille output from VoiceOver lost when device locks
Problem
A customer using a Braile device such as Focus display or HIMS notetaker encounters a problem where their Bluetooth connection drops when their Apple device locks.

Resolution
This is a known bug with VoiceOver screen reader on IOS. A workaround is to use the Accessibility triple press shortcut to disable and then re-enable VoiceOver. For phones with Face ID triple press the sleep/wake button on the side of the device. For phones with Touch ID triple press the Home button to disable and enable VoiveOver.
Note
On some devices the Accessibility Shortcut may have been disabled, choose Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut, then select VoiceOver from the list of items. If than one choice is selected a list will be posted when using the Accessibility Shortcut.
