FS Auth – Error 'system cannot retrieve servers...'
Problem
A Freedom Scientific BLV software license hosted on the
Sentinel server has been lost, when attempting to expand the Subnet tree the
error message below appears:
“The system cannot retrieve the servers,
there is no response to the broadcast“
Affected products
- JAWS (Network license)
- ZoomText (Network license)
- Fusion (Network license)
Resolution
- In the event of this problem please try removing and then
reinstalling the Freedom Scientific Sentinel softwareand test if the error has
gone. doSoftwaravailable
