Fusion - Create a startup hotkey

Problem

A Fusion user would like to create a hotkey to restart Fusion without sighted assistance.

Resolution

The intended outcome of these instruction is to create a Fusion startup hotkey mapped to CONTROL+ALT+F to inedpendantly start up Fusion software if it is not currently running.

  1. Press Windows+D to go to desktop, then press F until you reach Fusion icon.
  2. Then press ALTt+ENTER to open properties, then tab through to shortcut key.
  3. At the shortcut key edit type a letter F to assign this to the hotkey CONTROL+ALT+F shortcut. 
  4. Then press TAB to reach the Apply button then press SPACEBAR.
  5. Then press ENTER to dismiss the dialouge.

Testing Fusion hotkey

Whilst Fusion is running press CONTROL+ALT+F.  Then Fusion window should appear on screen in response, if it does it indicates the hotkey is funcitoning properly and will launch Fusion even when it is not currently running.
