Hable One – Entering English Braille does not work as expected

Problem

When using the Hable One in English Braille input of text does not appear to work as expected or works OK when unit held upside down.

Resolution

If entering English Braille letters does not work as expected it please try these steps to fix the problem:

  1. Ensure that you are holding the Hable One in the correct orientation, the power button should be facing upwards.  Please rotate and hold so that the power button is facing up and try again.  If there is still a problem move to  step 2 below.
  2. Swap the Braille keys so that they work when Hable One is held in the correct orientation, press and hold a Braile for sign (dots, 1, 2,3,4,5 and 6) followed by pressing and holding letter X (1,3, 4 and 6).
