When entering scheduler application speech speeds up

Problem

A Polaris user encounters a problem when they enter the schedular application where the speech speeds up affecting all applications from that point onward.

  1. Polaris

Resolution

Update the Polaris to the latest firmware, then afterwards it is necessary to renew the default applications settings:

  1. Whilst at the main menu press Backspace-Space-Enter-F.
  2. You will then receive prompts that the recovery is starting, and then again when it is finished.

Afterwards the problem should be fixed by above steps.
