BrailleSense 6 – change Google search default browser
Problem
A user wishes to change the default browser that Google
Search app uses.
Applies to
- BrailleSense 6
- BrailleSense 6 Mini
Resolution
- Press F1 and select Web Tools and press ENTER.
- Then choose Google Search application and press ENTER.
- Press F2 in Google Search app, then select Settings and
press ENTER.
- Use Space-1 and Space-4 to move between the browser
options, and press Enter to save your choice.

Note
By default, Google Search uses the BrailleSense Web browser. However, you may also choose to use the “Default Browser”, which will open results in the default Android browser as set in Android System Settings.
