JAWS - Is there a separate download for Professional license?

Problem

One of the following questions arise out of installing/activating JAWS on a PC:
  1. An IT technician wants to know if there is a separate download for JAWS Professional license.
  2. When JAWS launches it says "JAWS Professional" when a user has a non-commercial license.

Resolution

A single download covers both Non-Commercial and Professional software licenses.  When JAWS launches without a license present it will say "JAWS professional" and typically show its serial number as 801.  When Non-Commercial license is successfully activation it will say "JAWS Home" and show the correct license serial number.  Please use either of the links below as appropriate:
  1. Activate JAWS using the internet
  2. Activate JAWS manually.
