The service is aimed primarily at domestic end users . For customers in an organisation or business an Enterprise Disability Answers Desk is available too.

Note:
We have heard from customers that if you call in the morning, it will go a call centre based in India. If you call outside normal business hours from the UK the call will go to call centre in USA.
