Onyx Pro - software does not luanch after updating to Windows 11 22H2
Problem
Customers may experience problems launching the Onyx Pro software after updating to Windows 11 22H2. Instead customers may observe black windows popping up instead.
Resolution
This is a known consequence of updating to Windows 11 22H2. A new software update version 6.2 linked below that was released 19/12/2022 should fix the issue when installed.
Note
If after installing the latest software the OCR feature does not work please try opening Settings, then change voice and try again to make it work.
